I owned a Cold Stone Creamery franchise in Phoenix, AZ. I enjoyed working with Doug Ducey at The Cold Stone Creamery corporate office. Doug always understood the struggle of the small business person and did a great job supporting all the franchisees. I feel lucky to have had Doug on my side. He always had a calm demeanor in times of crisis because he took the time to pay attention and help us solve big and small issues. I am so thankful for opportunities I had when I worked with Doug. I know Doug is aware of the hardships in small business and he would make a great Arizona State Treasurer.
