Dan Wachtler

I have only known Doug for about two years but he has already had a significant impact on my life. Doug has a gift. He has a rare ability to be in full command of a situation while also getting and keeping the stakeholders involved. In YPO, Doug is a leader among leaders. Egos are high, opinions are strong and yet Doug always finds a way to move the ball forward. I have every confidence in Doug as a person, a family man and a leader. Our State needs more people like Doug to step up and serve - we are lucky to have him and I truly feel lucky to call him a friend.
